You may return the products received within 4 weeks, no questions asked, by returning the goods, except when the order was placed for your business or self-employment (commercial orders). The term starts no sooner than the receipt of goods and written detailed return policy. Only for goods not suitable for parcel shipment (e.g. bulky goods) can the return be requested via written return request, i.e. by letter, fax or e-mail.
