1. Scope
For business relations between the authorized director for TuZ Direkt GmbH, An der Schule 38, 12623 Berlin: Katja Minteh and the customer these general terms & conditions are solely applicable. Any conditions deviating or differing from these GTCs are not acknowledged by TuZ Direkt GmbH and hereby expressly contradicts the terms. Contradicting customer terms are only valid if expressly approved by TuZ Direkt GmbH in writing.
2. Close of Contract
Displaying the products in the online shop does not present a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. Upon entering your personal information and clicking the 'Confirm Order' during the final step of the order process, you are submitting your binding order for the items placed into your shopping basket. The receipt of your order will be confirmed immediately following your order submission. The purchase contract results from the order confirmation or product shipment.
3. Partial Shipments
We are entitled to make partial shipments as reasonable to you. Additional shipping charges will only be incurred upon express agreement.
4. Retention of Title
The product shipped will remain our property until payment has been made in full.
5. International orders, EU-VAT tax
Our prices include statutory VAT. It is indicated separately in the invoice for the amount valid on the day of invoicing. For customers outside the EU gross prices are regarded as net, i.e. VAT will not be refunded.
6.Return Information
6.1 Returns
You may return the products received within 4weeks, no questions asked, by returning the goods, except when the order was placed for your business or self-employment (commercial orders). The term starts no sooner than the receipt of goods and written detailed return policy. Only for goods not suitable for parcel shipment (e.g. bulky goods) can the return be requested via written return request, i.e. by letter, fax or e-mail. 6.2 Consequences of Return
In the event of effective return, the services received by both parties are to be returned and any benefits arising therefrom (e.g. B.benefits of use) to be reimbursed. A deterioration of goods may result in compensation of value. This does not apply when the deterioration is solely due to inspection - as would have been possible at a retail store. You may avoid any obligation for compensation by not using the product as an owner and avoiding any activities which may impact its value.

In these cases, however, the data released is limited to the absolute minimum.
